Thanks to the powerful combustion and the vertical flame, the FireRocket gives direct, targeted warmth. The Pro and Pro RVS have an extra-long glass tube (120 cm) and also spread pleasant warmth in the open air. For use fully outdoors, we recommend a Pro model rather than the 83 cm.

Fit the separate parts (glass tube and cap), fill the hopper with wood pellets and light them with a gas torch through the opening at the bottom. Allow 5 to 10 minutes for the stove to burn properly and steadily.

Yes, as long as the space is open enough and you keep the distances. The FireRocket is an outdoor heater without a flue, so under a roof you follow three rules:

• At least a quarter of the space (walls and roof together) is open, also while the heater is burning.
• At least 40 cm of free space between the top of the heater and the roof.
• At least 40 cm of free space all around, to walls, fences, cushions and curtains.

Add 40 cm to the height of the heater:

• FireRocket 83 cm: at least 1.23 m
• FireRocket Pro 170 cm: at least 2.10 m

Measure the lowest point of the roof directly above the heater. With a sloping roof, that is not always the middle.

Yes, but keep extra margin above the heater. Heat rises straight up, and plastic, wood and fabric are more sensitive to it than stone or metal. Do not place the heater under the lowest part of the roof. If in doubt, ask the supplier of your canopy how heat-resistant the material is.

No. Do not use the FireRocket in a space that can be closed, such as a conservatory, garden room or veranda with closed walls or windbreaks – not even with a window open. If the walls are fully open, it is possible, as long as you follow the rules above. Never use it indoors.

On a stable, level and heat-resistant surface, such as tiles. On wooden or composite decking, put a heat-resistant plate underneath. Place it near the open side, not in a corner or against the wall: any smoke can escape there and the flame gets air.

With dry ENplus A1 wood pellets, smoke is limited. When lighting, or with damp wood pellets, there can briefly be some smoke. Store your wood pellets dry and make sure there is good ventilation.

Fuel consumption varies by model. The FireRocket 83 cm has a hopper for 1.8 kg of wood pellets (approximately 1.5 hours). The FireRocket Pro and Pro RVS have a hopper for 3.5 kg of wood pellets (approximately 2 hours).

We recommend ENplus A1 wood pellets for the most beautiful, cleanest flame and the lowest possible ash formation.

No, wood pellets and a gas torch must be purchased separately. This lets you choose high-quality wood pellets for a beautiful, clean flame.

The stainless steel version is made of high-quality stainless steel and is therefore extra resistant to weather and temperature differences, for an even longer lifespan. Preferably still store it under a canopy when you're not using it.
