Welcome to FireRocket. These terms of service apply to all orders, purchases and services through our website and online shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products
FireRocket sells pellet stoves, patio heaters and related parts or accessories, among other products. We do our best to describe and depict the products as accurately as possible. Minor differences in colour, finish or design may occur.
3. Orders
When you place an order through our online shop, you receive an email confirmation. The agreement is concluded once we have confirmed the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price has been listed incorrectly or we suspect misuse or fraud.
4. Prices and payment
All prices on our website are stated in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
Payment can be made via iDEAL, Shopify Payments or other payment methods offered at checkout, among others. The order is processed only after payment has been successfully completed or authorised.
5. Delivery
We deliver orders to the address you provide during checkout. The expected delivery time is stated as clearly as possible but is indicative. Delays at carriers or suppliers may occur.
FireRocket is not liable for delays beyond our direct control, but we are happy to help with any questions about delivery.
6. Inspection upon receipt
Inspect the product immediately upon receipt for damage, missing parts or other issues. Report visible damage or problems to us as soon as possible, preferably with photos of the product, packaging and shipping label.
This allows us to assess the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
You can notify us of your return without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt by emailing info@firerocket.nl or using the return form. After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have another 14 days to send the product back. We provide a free return label and instructions.
If you withdraw from your entire order, we refund the order amount and standard delivery costs within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof of return shipment, whichever comes first. For a partial return, we do not refund the original delivery costs. We use the same payment method unless you agree otherwise.
8. Inspection and reduction in value
Handle the product with care during the cooling-off period. You may inspect it as you would in a shop. Return it complete and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging. If you handle it beyond what is necessary to assess it, we may deduct a demonstrated reduction in value; use or damage does not automatically cancel your right of withdrawal. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
9. Warranty and complaints
We stand behind the quality of our products. If a product is defective or does not meet your reasonable expectations, please contact us.
Preferably include a clear description of the problem, together with photos or videos. We assess the complaint and seek an appropriate solution, such as repair, replacement, compensation or a return.
Normal wear and tear, misuse, damage caused by assembly errors, improper maintenance or damage caused by external circumstances are not covered by the warranty.
10. Use of products
Our products must be used in accordance with the instructions or product information supplied. The customer is responsible for the safe and correct use of the product.
FireRocket is not liable for damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, inadequate maintenance or use contrary to the instructions.
11. Liability
FireRocket is not liable for indirect damage, consequential loss, loss of profit or damage caused by delays, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
12. Website availability
We do our best to keep our website functioning properly and securely. However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be error-free, uninterrupted or fully available.
We may temporarily take the website out of service for maintenance, updates or technical improvements.
13. Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. Personal data is used only for processing orders, customer service, payment, shipping and other necessary business processes.
14. Intellectual property
All texts, images, logos, product information and other content on the FireRocket website are the property of FireRocket or our suppliers. You may not copy, distribute or use this content commercially without permission.
15. Changes
FireRocket may change these terms of service. The latest version is always available on our website. Existing orders remain subject to the terms that applied when the order was placed.
16. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. We prefer to resolve disputes through discussion. If this is not possible, the dispute may be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
