Not entirely satisfied? At FireRocket you can easily exchange or return your order. And the best part: returns are free – you'll receive a return label from us.

How it works

1. Register – report your return within 14 days of receipt using the form at the bottom of this page (or email info@firerocket.nl).
2. Return label – you'll receive a free return label with the return instructions from us.
3. Send back – return the product within 14 days of your registration, as much as possible in its original condition and packaging.
4. Refund – If you withdraw from your entire order, we refund the order amount and standard delivery costs within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof of return, whichever comes first. For a partial return, we do not refund the original delivery costs. We use the same payment method unless you agree otherwise.
