Not entirely satisfied? At FireRocket you can easily exchange or return your order. And the best part: returns are free – you'll receive a return label from us.

How it works

1. Register – report your return within 14 days of receipt using the form at the bottom of this page (or email info@firerocket.nl).
2. Return label – you'll receive a free return label with the return instructions from us.
3. Send back – return the product within 14 days of your registration, as much as possible in its original condition and packaging.
4. Refund – we refund the full order amount, including the original shipping costs, as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we receive your return.

Good to know

• During the cooling-off period, handle the product with care and only unpack it to assess its nature and features.
